Initial Deposit

Akis Apartments requires an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount within 20 days after your reservation is made. This initial deposit can be paid by money transfer to the following bank account: Alexander Michalas Piraeus Bank IBAN: GR4 8017 2124 0005 1240 5297 2581 SWIFT Code (BIC): PIRBGRAA Or, you may send us a credit card authorization form completed and signed in order to preauthorize the amount of the total stay (we can provide the form, no charges will be made). For an extra person 20% of the daily rate is charged. Children up to 5 years old are free of charge.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance must be paid in Euros on arrival at Akis Apartments. Please note that other currencies will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made at least 21 days before the arrival date, the full deposit is refunded to the client. If cancellation is made within 21 days  before the arrival date, the client must pay the full deposit. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date or during the stay, the client should compensate Akis Apartments 100% of the cost of the entire stay.
